Queenstown's Most Streamed Rapper!

Jimmy Backwoods is a 19 year old star based in Eastern Cape, Queenstown. He started creating his music magic back in 2019, when he was only 16. He is inspired by the likes of Nasty C, Travis Scott & Troy Lanes. Jimmy is a huge believer in this : if these 'big' artists  could do it, he could do it BETTER!

Jimmy has released 15 songs so far but he still has more in store for his ever growing fan base. The first song he released was titled 045 s#%t. The song is really close to his heart because 045 ( like the popular singing trio, 047) is the postal code of his home town. You really need to listen to the song to be able to understand why it was titled 045 s%#t. The biggest song of  Jimmy's music career was ' Crackheads & 808'. About a month ago, he blessed us with another single titled ' Pilican High'.
Mr Backwoods is quite popular on social media. I think it is safe to say that the following he has acquired on the socials has contributed immensely to his high number of streams.
He is, after all, Queenstown's Most Streamed Rapper! His very first song (045 s%@t, as mentioned above) has over 1000 streamed. 'Crackheads & 808' has 9700 streams & the numbers increase by the day. 
Jimmy says that his plan for the remainder of 2021 is to blow up! He wants to work with other local artists. After he ticks off that goal on his to-do list, he is going international.
